How ranking works
- Bids are made in whole U.S. dollars, with a $1 minimum.
- Each board runs from Monday at 12:00 a.m. through Sunday at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
- A promotion’s verified payments for the current board determine its position. The highest weekly total ranks first.
- If two listings have the same total, the listing that reached that total first stays higher.
- Submitting the same normalized link again during the same week adds the new payment to that promotion’s weekly total.
- Every Monday at 12:00 a.m. Eastern, the public board starts fresh. Prior-week payments and positions do not carry forward.
- A successful, verified payment—not merely opening checkout—places or moves a listing.
What may be listed
HobbyRank is for specific, legitimate sports-card and collectibles promotions happening now, including live breaks, individual cards for sale, card lots, live breaks, auctions, shows, and hobby events.
Listings may not promote illegal products, counterfeit goods, fraud, malware, adult content, wagering or gambling, impersonation, harassment, deceptive claims, or chat and invitation links. Link shorteners and referral or tracking parameters may be removed.
Paid placement disclosure
Every HobbyRank position is paid advertising. Rank is not a review, endorsement, recommendation, safety determination, or measure of product quality. Visitors should independently evaluate every listed business.
Review and removal
HobbyRank may review, edit, suspend, or remove a listing that violates these rules, creates legal or security risk, or is inconsistent with the purpose of the board. A removed listing does not retain a visible rank.
Payments and refunds
A payment applies to the Eastern Time board active when the payment is verified. Competitors may later move ahead by increasing their totals before the reset. The promotion expires from the live board Monday at 12:00 a.m. Eastern without refund or credit toward a later week. Payments are generally final once placement is provided, except where required by law or where HobbyRank elects otherwise.
